Firstly, thank you to all of you who tuned in for Secrets to Recovery LIVE on Monday 30th June. Overall, the format seemed to work really well and we are looking forward to developing it. We did have a few technical problems, resulting in some third party ads being displayed (we will hopefully avoid this next time) and the system providing the recording crashing. However, we are hoping that for our second broadcast at 6pm UK time on Monday 28th July we will have all technical issues resolved. Every so often we like to do a "Customer Survey" at OHC to give you a chance to share your comments and experiences. This is a hugely helpful way of us finding out how you think we are doing, finding ways to improve our service, and to generally give you a chance to anonymously share your thoughts with us. For patients of the clinic (past and current) there are just 10 questions, and for non-patients up to 6 questions, mostly with just tick-box answers.
