Pacing and daily routines

Welcome to this week's blog. We are very pleased to share that James Sawyer completed the Paris marathon several weeks ago, raising so far around £1500 for the Foundation. His time was an extraordinary 2 hours 58 minutes, and there are a few pictures below (apologies for the poor quality). If you know anything about marathons you will be aware that anything below 3 hours is considered a huge achievement. You can still donate to the Foundation in support of James at https://www.justgiving.com/Jim-Sawyer1

For this week's blog we are sharing a Q and A session recorded as part of Secrets to Recovery last year. Alex recorded five of these sessions in response to questions from members on a wide list of areas, and we will be sharing them one at a time over the coming weeks, with the videos only available on the blog for 2 weeks each (but you can have lifetime access as part of Secrets to Recovery). The first video explores questions around "Pacing and creating a daily routine" a critical part of establishing a foundation to recovery. We hope you enjoy and please do feel free to comment underneath.Video no longer available.
