Stage 1 of Recovery From Chronic Fatigue

At the OHC, we’ve created a range of maps and frameworks to help people understand not only diagnosis, but the recovery journey too. One of the most powerful is our Three Stages of Recovery model, designed to help identify where you are on the path and determine the type of intervention most helpful for your body at that stage. What helps in one phase may not help in the next — and understanding this can bring real clarity and peace of mind.

Many people try to “push through” fatigue – but this often makes symptoms worse. Stage One is about surrendering to rest, reducing nervous system load, and allowing the body to begin healing.  In this video, you’ll learn what Stage One looks like, why it’s necessary, and what not to do during this phase of recovery.

We've helped over 10,000 people around the world with our personalised and targeted approach to fatigue-related conditions.

To see what your fatigue-recovery journey with our highly experienced team of nutritional and psychological therapists could look like, book a time to chat with us here.
