What is Conscious Transformation?Conscious Transformation is an online coaching programme exploring how to consciously support transformational change in your life. It focuses on three key relationships, your relationship with yourself, your relationships with other people (friendships, intimate relationships and family), and your relationship with the world (career, life purpose, etc).Who is Conscious Transformation for?Conscious Transformation is for anyone that is interested in making significant changes in their life. It has been extremely popular with patients of OHC who are looking to in addition to support their physical recovery, working with their wider life. Conscious Transformation has direct benefits to recovery from ME/CFS, along with wider areas of transformation.What does the programme cover?Conscious Transformation teaches various tools and techniques to allow you to “self-coach” yourself during the programme and beyond. These are the amalgamation and integration of the best of what Alex has mastered from over twelve years of research in psychology, coaching, meditation and spiritual practice, along with a considerable number of different models of “brief therapy.” Although some of the ideas may be familiar, delegates have been deeply impressed by the unique model that Alex has developed.Why is the programme online?The original Conscious Transformation was run as an in person two-day course. Although this worked well, it was found that the intensity of the learning made it quite overwhelming for participants. By running the programme with a weekly coaching format, it gives more time for integration, practicing the techniques, and allowing the changes to take effect before the next module begins. The online format also means you can join the programme from the comfort of your own home.How much time does the programme take?The actual modules/Q and A sessions take one hour of your time each week to watch. There are then meditations (guided meditations are included as part of the programme), exercises and so on to do. If you allow 2-3 hours a week you will have plenty of time, and this can be done in small chunks. Please also bear in mind that you have lifetime access to the materials, so if you don’t have enough time/energy to keep up, you can review the material as many times as you like, for as long as you like. This is also great for if you want to go through a course refresher down the line.How is this programme different to other online programmes?This is the only online programme to have direct access to Alex. Each module, you will e-mail him your feedback and questions, and then in the Q and A video for the module, he answers your questions and responds to comments (its all done anonymously on the video). This coaching element has proved hugely popular and is an amazingly cost effective way to get coaching personally from Alex.
