Nataly trained and previously worked as a teacher of foreign languages before she developed an interest in psychology.
It was through her own challenges and struggles with chronic anxiety that she made the decision to embark on a healing journey. Although she was undertaking a daily meditation practice, Nataly was aware that there was work to do at a deeper level in order to resolve her anxiety. Gradually she came to realise, that she had to stop avoiding her pain, and become more aware of her thinking patterns and unresolved emotional issues.
Having successfully completed this work, Nataly embarked on The Optimum Health Clinic's Therapeutic Coaching program, so that she could share the tools that had already supported her with clients in a therapeutic setting.
Having experienced medically unexplained symptoms as a consequence of her chronic anxiety, Nataly also recognizes that a holistic and integrative approach is central to optimising mental and physical health.
She now enjoys supporting people on their own journey towards improved health and wellbeing.
