Chloe is a Therapeutic Coach who found her way to this work through her own recovery from complex chronic illness. She is passionate about helping clients understand the drivers behind their physical symptoms, so they can regain their health and get back to the things they love in life.
Her health journey began in adolescence, with unexplained physical symptoms and anxiety that developed after childhood trauma and grief. These escalated until 2016, when a head injury, a stressful job, a damp home and a difficult family situation triggered a crash, leaving her housebound and unable to work. She received multiple diagnoses including ME/CFS, Lyme disease, IBS, generalised anxiety and complex PTSD.
Chloe tried many things to recover, but real change only began when she worked to regulate her nervous system and heal the chronic stress and unprocessed emotions her body had been carrying. It meant looking, compassionately, at the beliefs keeping her stuck, and at the patterns of perfectionism, control and self-criticism she had used to feel safe in a world that had felt unsafe; coping strategies that were slowly exhausting her.
After years of being told there was nothing wrong with her, working with coaches who listened, understood, and had walked the path themselves changed everything. Their belief carried her when she could not hold it herself, and the Therapeutic Coaching and OHC models led her back to health. Having experienced that transformation, she trained to offer the same to others.
As a highly sensitive person (HSP), she has a particular interest in helping sensitive people find ways of living where their sensitivity becomes a superpower rather than a source of overwhelm and exhaustion.
Her approach is warm, kind, patient and collaborative; rooted in the belief that our bodies have innate self-healing potential and that our struggles can become doorways to real transformation.
