This paper was published in The Nutrition Practitioner, which is a practitioner journal for nutritional therapists. The paper gives a fascinating insight into the staged approach used by the OHC nutrition team, and through an illustrative case study gives a good sense of the unique way the OHC team work with ME/CFS.
