A Short Introduction to The Optimum Health Clinic

The Optimum Health Clinic is a world leading clinic specialising in ME, CFS, Fibromyalgia and related illnesses. Having supported several thousand patients in over 35 countries, the clinic has earned a reputation for innovation and trailblazing new ideas. At the heart of the clinic’s approach is a systematic research and testing of different approaches and protocols. This is both through clinical observation and case study analysis by the practitioner teams, and more recently through the creation of the clinic’s in-house research department. In 2009, the team won CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine) Magazine’s “Outstanding Practice Award.” This was for the clinic’s research based approach, and innovative use of technology to support patients (such as through the clinic’s online recovery group Secrets to Recovery).
