The Optimum Health Clinic at House of Lords
Welcome to this week’s blog. We are proud to announce that on the 5th November, at a reception at the House of Lords, we officially launched our plans fundraising for a randomised controlled trial in the OHC approach. The event was a great success, and attended by many key people in the ME/CFS and integrative medicine fields. We will be publicly launching our plans to you, our readers, in the near future. In the meantime, you can see a few pictures from the event below.
As part of our fundraising plans, Jess Thompson from our psychology team will be swimming the length of the English Channel (be it from the comfort of her local swimming pool!) between now and Christmas. Click play on the video below to watch Jess talking about the challenge. To sponsor her and help support our registered charity, please click here
Please keep an eye out for our next newsletter where will be officially opening applications for next year’s psychology practitioner training programme.

To Alex and Everyone at the OHC, this clinic has grown so much in the last 3 or 4 years since I became a patient. Some amazing, wonderful and ground breaking stuff goes on within this organisation, and you should all be hugely proud of what has been achieved. I expect the feeling of having made it to the House of Lords to present your fund raising plans was quite an event to remember ! What an achievement. I’m proud to be a patient of this clinic !
