ME/CFS Real Life Case Study Discussion

Welcome to this week’s video blog!  Our first video this week is the second in our series of discussions of real life case studies.  Alex and Sarah explore one of her patients, discussing how Sarah decided to work with them, applied The Optimum Health Clinic roadmap, and what ultimately the turning points were.  This is a fascinating insight into the analysis and thought processes that go on behind the scenes in the clinic team, and highlights how important the integrative approach is.

In our second video, Alex talks with Thora from The Optimum Health Clinic’s psychology team about her personal experiences of our professional training courses, the difference they made in her own recovery, and her new role as a course tutor assisting students learning on the course.

There are still a few places left on the course for next month, so if you are interested in finding out more (including information on 40% discount with a scholarship place), please e-mail [email protected] ASAP!
