We hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and New Year?  We thought we’d start the year’s first video blog with an update with Alison from our Freedom From ME DVD.  Alex recently interviewed her about her experiences on our professional training courses for those interested in the courses, so if anyone has any questions about the courses, it’s a great way of finding out more, but also for anyone just wondering how she is doing 4 ½ years on, you can watch the video below

We are also excited to share with you the first video in a series with our practitioner team discussing real life case studies.  These videos are a great insight into how we work with patients at The Optimum Health Clinic, decide which treatment protocols to use, and effectively how we integrate our Roadmap of treatments discussed in some videos last year.  The first case study is with Sarah from our psychology team, and you can view it below
