Welcome to this week’s video blog! This week we have our latest video with Alex and Julia from The Optimum Health Clinic nutrition team, this time talking about the role of blood sugar in ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia. Alex and Julia discuss why this area is so important for many patients, some of the signs it is an issue, and also some practical tips for balancing blood sugar.
We also thought that any of you with iPhones might be interested to know that Alex has been involved in producing an iPhone App on EFT with Tim Bichara a former patient of the clinic. The App is called EFT Clinic (can be found by searching under that title on the App store) and the main App is free, with some addition videos that can be purchased if you choose at any time. Alex and Tim would be immensely grateful if anyone who downloads the App would also be kind enough to rate it on the App store and write a short review – we hope you enjoy!
Finally, with this being our last blog before Christmas, we thought you might enjoy a photo from The Optimum Health Clinic staff Christmas party! The team went bowling in fancy dress, on a theme of cartoon characters and superheroes… see if you can guess who is dressed up as the dog and who is the panda and post in the comments 🙂 Have a great Christmas!
