Take for example the standard afternoon dip that is experiencing in virtually ever office in the world. The “graveyard shift,” as it is known in some circles, is actually due to a very simple physical change in blood sugar. By teaching people simple things such as how to manage their blood sugar effectively, it becomes very easy to dramatically change the workplace.
