Optimum Health Clinic has patients in twenty countries around the world, and
is widely considered one of the world's leading clinics treating conditions

Started by Alex Howard in 2003 at the time of the publication
of his book, “WHY ME? My Journey from M.E. to Health and Happiness,” The
Optimum Health Clinic has grown almost entirely through word
of mouth. Our two key departments, Nutrition and Psychology,
are run by Niki Gratrix and Anna Duschinsky, both of whom are considered
leading thinkers in their fields.
Our team of eight practitioners has now given over 8,000
fatigue related consultations, and our formula for success is really
built upon two key ingredients:
- A constant and never ending researching of the
latest and most effective techniques. Without jumping on
bandwagons or the latest fads, the clinic systematically researches and
tests the very latest treatments, always keeping up to date with the very
latest research. Its protocols therefore include the very best of
what is available anywhere in the world, integrated all within one clinic.
- Patient care at the heart of everything. Because
of the personal experiences of a number of the clinic team in overcoming
their own health problems, the primary motivation has always been to provide
the very best treatment offered with kindness and support. Our inspirational
